Seth Godin (a leading marketing GURU) said that today you don’t need to work as hard in order to become extremely successful (Millionaire). 40 hours a week are good enough according to Seth Godin .I wondered how come? Being successful with no hard work sounds too good to be true and doesn’t represent my life experience. “Outliers” searched and came up with some facts saying that in order to master success in any skill, you need about 10000 hours of practice and about 10 years until you get there. Every record breaking athlete, every famous musician or even every Chess champion needed to complete those 10 years and those 10000 hours!!!
