Today, it is clearer and clearer that many of your “target customers” spend time in their “on line societies”. Therefore, you must be geared and prepared to engage them where they are. ONLINE.

Read or listen to the book “the TWITTER Power”. You will be enlightened and have a “laser sharp” understanding that today “every customer” that has a computer and a cellular phone with a built in camera or video is an “advertisement office” or at least a reporter!!!!!!!!  Yes, you must treat every customer as she is a reporter or at least a PR person. Why? Because seconds after she leaves you and your business she starts to communicate and spread the story…………OK, now you know that there must be a story to share, otherwise, it is boring and customers look after other and more interesting stories they have to share.
